Returns Policy

At Name & No., each house sign is custom-made by our small UK team. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering once an order has been placed.

Refunds or Replacements for Damaged Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a refund or a free replacement — provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Email us at contact@nameandno.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Include:

   • Your order number

   • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

   • A brief description of the issue

   • Whether you'd like a replacement or refund

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are personalized and made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
