At Name & No., every house sign is custom-made by our small team in the UK. Because each piece is individually crafted to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details, or ordering errors once your order has been placed.

Refunds or Replacements for Damaged Items

We take great care in both crafting and packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a refund or a free replacement — provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at contact@nameandno.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

As all of our products are personalized and made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and maintain the high quality of our custom work.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
