Can I make a custom request?
Yes, we love to hear your ideas. We make all of our signs in-house, so we're ready to handle any custom requests. Use our contact form to make a request and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we include free UK delivery as standard with all of our house signs.
When will my sign arrive?
Once you order we will get to work right away making your sign. We aim to complete your sign within 2-3 working days. As soon as it's complete we will send your sign to you, which can take 3-4 working days.
How do I install my sign?
All of our signs come with easy to follow instructions & wall guides, which will make installation easy. If you still have any question please contact us via our Contact Form and we will assist you further.
Can I request a different size or shape?
We will be able to accommodate almost all size requests. Use our contact form and we'll confirm with you.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
We get to work on your custom sign quickly, but if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order via our Contact Us page, we’ll do our best to make the changes.
