INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Every rectangle house sign comes with everything you need to mount it securely. We include full installation guide with every order, which includes drill hole guides.
What’s in the box:
- 4x Stand-off mounts
- 4x Phillips screws
- 4x Rawl plugs
- Printed step-by-step installation guide
You’ll need: Drill & drill bit, spirit level, Phillips screwdriver and tape.
Prefer not to use tools? We offer a Stick-On option for easy Peel & Stick installation.
⚠️ Always check for hidden pipes or wires before drilling.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Standard Shipping: FREE
Delivery will take 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: £4.95
1–2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping
We’re working on expanding our international delivery options. For now, please contact us at contact@nameandno.com if you're outside the UK and would like to place an order — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS
Each of our house signs is handmade and custom-personalised to order, meaning every piece is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect details provided during ordering.
However, if your sign arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer either a refund or a free replacement.
To report a fault or damage, please email us at contact@nameandno.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the sign and packaging. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Can I make a custom request?
Yes, we love to hear your ideas. We make all of our signs in-house, so we're ready to handle any custom requests. Use our contact form to make a request and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Can I request a different size or shape?
We will be able to accommodate almost all size requests. Use our contact form and we'll confirm with you.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we include free UK delivery as standard with all of our house signs.
When will my sign arrive?
Once you order we will get to work right away making your sign. We aim to complete your sign within 2-3 working days, but during busy period it could take up to 5 days. As soon as it's complete we will send your sign to you, which can take 3-4 working days with free delivery.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
We get to work on your custom sign quickly, but if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order via our Contact Us page, we’ll do our best to make the changes.
We’ll always get back to you to confirm whether the edit is possible — so you’re never left guessing.
How do I install my sign?
